TransLink - Government and Community Engagement

TransLink is the integrated, multi-modal transportation authority for Metro Vancouver, responsible for planning, managing, financing, and operating the transportation network to help meet the unique needs of communities, now and into the future.

The transit system spans 21 municipalities with a service area covering more than 1,800 square kilometres – over twice the size of Canada’s five other largest cities. TransLink’s services include buses, SkyTrain, SeaBus, West Coast Express, and paratransit service, HandyDART. Responsible for more than just public transit, TransLink also oversees regional roads, cycling infrastructure, and pedestrian pathways.

With approximately one-third of the population using transit each week, we help our customers move through the region to get to the people and places that matter most.
