Sugar Bowl Holdings Ltd. was established in 1973 by the Babalos Family to invest and manage commercial real estate in North Vancouver. Subsequently it expanded its holdings to include mixed-use development, as well as residential real estate.
Our strategy from the beginning has been to support healthy, resilient and vibrant neighbourhoods on the North Shore. We actively manage our properties and constantly upgrade them to maintain their quality and competitiveness in the North Vancouver market.
