Canadian Constructors International Ltd. was formed in August 1992 and is registered in British Columbia, Canada. In the early part of 2004 the name was simplified to CCI Renovations to better reflect the image and direction of the company.

Although we specialize in residential renovations, our experience includes commercial, industrial, residential and recreational projects. At CCI Renovations we pride ourselves in keeping current with industry trends and standards. As a member of the Home Builders' of Vancouver or Havan (formerly the GVHBA) our personnel are constantly taking certification courses and often achieve the highest marks. John Friswell now has successfully achieved the designations of Certified Renovation Professional and Certified Housing Professional. CCI Renovations also carries the company designation of Certified Renovation Company. We are also a licenced home builder in the province of BC. John has been chair of the Canadian Renovators Council at the Canadian Home Builders Association ( CHBA), the Chair of the local BBB, and has served on the executive board of the CHBA as 2nd Vice President.
