We began business in 1956 as a local company operating within the Province of British Columbia and since that time have been providing quality construction services to a growing range of clients. We are an ISO 9001:2008 registered major General Contractor with a progressive and multi?disciplined Group of Companies in the transportation infrastructure industry. BA Blacktop Ltd., along with our parent company Eurovia, is a leader in highways, airports, rail infrastructure and urban development.

Eurovia (a VINCI subsidiary) operates mainly in Europe, but holds significant positions in the United States and Canada. With over 42,000 employees, Eurovia operates a network of 300 works divisions and 875 industrial production sites including quarries, binder plants, asphalt plants, recycling units and road equipment production units. Eurovia?s business lines include transportation infrastructure and urban development, industrial production, maintenance and services.
