Job Description

MB&Co is seeking a detail oriented, well organized, quick learner with a passion for filing, preparing expense report, sorting and organizing receipts and general administration work in its North Vancouver office.  This person will also provide support for the day to day operations of the company. Please note that this position is part time, three days a week and the hours are flexible.

Responsibilities

  • Perform filing, sorting receipts, creating files and labeling
  • Support for the day to day operations of the company
  • Prepare expense reports for various clients

Requirements

  • Some office experience and excel would be an asset
  • Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize effectively

Candidates must be capable of performing independently as well as part of a team environment and have excellent interpersonal skills.
