Sarah White, Co-Founder and COO of Fairware and Presidents Group member, will kick off the morning with a short keynote followed by a roundtable discussion focused on how to develop a diverse and inclusive hiring strategy. Participants will be encouraged to share recommendations for accessing untapped talent pools and the Presidents Group will share what has worked for its members.
